The system is a fully integrated software solution for International Freight Forwarders, N.V.O.C.C.s, Importers and Exporters that includes Quotes, Bookings, Domestic Processing, Consolidations, Export Processing, Ocean Consolidations, Export Processing, Air and Import Processing, Invoicing and Job Costing, Operation and Financial Management Reports.

The ETA Ocean Forwarding System allows for a great deal of flexibility and control over shipments and carriers. The Operations Control Board facilitates the movement of cargo from initial pickup, through various modes of transport, all the way to ultimate delivery.

The ETA Ocean Forwarding System supports local pick-up or dock drops, warehouse storage, consolidation, drayage, container tracking, de-consolidation and delivery. The system also incorporates automated broker and carrier notifications and document generation.

As with all ETA Group software, integrated fax and email capabilities are standard.
